Biography
John Williams serves as a managing director for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of retail and multifamily properties in Marin County, California. With more than 30 years commercial real estate experience, Williams has secured in excess of 200 transactions.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Williams served as owner and broker of Delta Group Realty, Inc. Since founding Delta Group Realty in 1979, he has secured leasing and sales transactions for multifamily, office, industrial and retail properties. Furthermore, Williams has developed office and residential properties and served as a general partner in investment partnerships.
A 32 year resident and past president of the Novato, California Chamber of Commerce, Williams received his bachelor’s degree in Business from High Point University in North Carolina. He is active in the community, serving as a member of the commercial and investment committee for the Marin Association of Realtors, chairman of the Novato Economic Development Commission and president of the Novato Chamber of Commerce.
